About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd in our Bukit Mertajam, Penang office. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our products and services. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner Actively listening to customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers Closing sales and processing transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and any ongoing promotions Providing post-sales support and addressing any customer concerns or queries Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the retail or service industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service Numerical skills and attention to detail to accurately process sales transactions A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays What we offer
