Job description

We are hiring with a leading software and technology company, based at Kuala Lumpur. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment in ASEAN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing strategies.
  • Execute hiring plans aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and recommend diverse and non-traditional talent pools.
  • Analyze market data and hiring trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Craft compelling narratives to attract top talent and differentiate the employer brand.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by leveraging motivators and feedback.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source strategically using market insights and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, OFCCP).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and leverage data for insights and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience (no agency use).
  • Proven ability to hire across ASEAN; ANZ experience is a plus
  • Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong time management skills.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering hiring is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a high-volume environment.
  • Tenacity and curiosity to engage niche candidate markets.
  • Salary up to RM 9,000.00
