About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at OMBAK PANTAI HOLIDAY in Setiu, Terengganu. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a vital role in promoting our range of holiday packages and supporting the overall growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the travel and hospitality industry.

Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure effective promotion and sale of our holiday packages.

Tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Supporting the creation of engaging and visually appealing marketing content, such as brochures, website copy, and social media posts.

Participating in marketing team meetings and contributing ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a Junior Marketing or Marketing Assistant role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Passion for the travel industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of our business.
