What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and grow sales performance : Manage overall sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

Drive customer success : Serve as the main point of contact to ensure exceptional service and smooth order processing.

Develop new business opportunities : Proactively scout, build, and launch new market opportunities and product lines.

Market intelligence & strategy : Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and identify new trends to strengthen sales strategies.

Plan and execute sales promotions : Organize impactful promotional events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to boost brand awareness.

Champion innovation : Identify and propose improvements in products, processes, and strategies based on market insights.

Collaborate across teams : Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields .

Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience (retail or consumer products background preferred).

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets .
