Job Overview :

The Senior Account Manager (on-site Malaysia) will be responsible for the acquisition of new enterprise customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with key & strategic accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts
  • Understanding of the assigned account's organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy
  • Strategic account planning skills with execution capabilities
  • Understand / interpret client's key requirements - solution selling
  • Generating new business from the assigned account / area

About You :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MANDATORY : Minimum 5 years of proven success in enterprise client management in Malaysia and managing complex projects within the field of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
