Sales executive / Customer services (Telemarketing / Tele sales)

About the role

This full‑time Sales Executive / Customer Services role is based in Ipoh, Perak. As part of the team at Alpha Advisory, you will be responsible for outbound telemarketing and tele‑sales activities to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

What you're doing

Personal Financing, Credit Balance Transfer, Debts Consolidate & Refinancing etc.

• Conducting outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handling inbound sales and customer service inquiries.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Achieving individual and team‑based sales targets.
• Providing exceptional customer service to build long‑term relationships.
• Accurately logging customer interactions and sales activities.
• Supporting the wider customer service and sales initiatives of the business.
