Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in 中文(preferred) , English, and Malay (preferred)
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service driven
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic numeracy and attention to detail
  • Responsible, punctual, and eager to grow
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations about products
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store
  • Replenish stock and assist in basic inventory tasks
  • Communicate effectively with both customers and team members
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies
  • Support daily store operations as needed
