Partner with senior management to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support mergers, acquisitions, or other business development initiatives with financial analysis.
Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner / Senior Finance Manager should have :

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are advantageous.

Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in financial modeling and use of accounting software.

Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Proven ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

Experience in the business services industry will be an added advantage.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
