Job descriptionSeek for new customers from Beauty Saloon, Hair Saloon and re-known beauty house to sign up become Distributor prospects with us. Seek for new or existing customers from Pharmacy and re-known medical shop to tidy stocks at shop. Respond to customers enquiries. Execute, update and checking the promotional plans and products listing during on duties. Sell in assigned promotions and propose customize promotional activities. Efforts to collaboration with Key Account / Merchandizer team to prepare monthly promotional abd implement to improve sales performance based on inputs from Marketing, Category Marketing and Key Account team to influence business improvements with all customers. Monitor and report on post execution to ensure objectives are met. Maintain and retain long-term customer relationships with established customers. Interact in timely and satisfactory manner to all customers. Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, securing display as required and ensure the right stock weights. Support all merchandising efforts by identification of display location, liaison with product consultants and merchandisers and help to display or merchandising efforts. Apply detailed product knowledge and knowledge of customers’ business and processes. Build market knowledge continuously and refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to the company. Requirements
- English and Mandarin speaking is Mandatory
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in a related field
- At least 2 years experience in the purchasing field
