Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Work Location : Desa petaling
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Candidates must be possess at least SPM
  • Able to communicate & write in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
  • Have basic account will have advantage
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Excel
  • Must work independent and pro-active

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, Monthly closing and payroll
  • Answering phone calls and reply whatsapp's messages
  • Get quotation and order spare parts
  • Maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
  • Inform and update to superior.
  • To ensure payment to suppliers in timely manner
