About this role
You will play a vital role in driving project success within ECRI. You will leverage your expertise to lead all project phases, develop and implement effective strategies, and manage project delivery to ensure timely and accurate completion. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, preparing comprehensive reports, conducting thorough research and analysis, and facilitating the learning and development of team members.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight in managing and leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with objectives and company best practices.
- Mentor and guide project teams to optimize performance and achieve project success.
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of innovative project strategies and solutions.
- Oversee the development and execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
- Execute assigned tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery within project timelines.
- Provide regular, proactive updates to project stakeholders, fostering clear and transparent communication channels.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommended solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research, literature reviews, evaluations, and analyses to support project deliverables.
- Provide expert insights and participate in relevant client presentations and discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive proposal development.
Training and Continuous Improvement
Train, guide, and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Develop and deliver materials for training, webinars, seminars, presentations, and demonstrations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining project delivery methods and procedures.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Stay abreast of trends, rules, regulations, and issues within the healthcare industry.Share creative thoughts, ideas, knowledge, and experience openly with team members.Support
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management (preferably in healthcare facilities, medical equipment planning, or consultancy), or at least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry without direct exposure to the mentioned areas.Bachelor’s degree in engineering (biomedical preferred) or other healthcare related education with proven track record in consultancy and healthcare industry.Ability to travel frequently (within Malaysia and abroad) required.Highly proficient in EnglishAbility to work both in a team and independently, responsible, and accountable.Resourceful, good time management, analytical, and matureProficiency in Autodesk Revit is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
