Leading B2B knowledge management in alignment with the business direction to develop and explore new opportunities in our customer segments including Horeca and Food Retailers. Be the point of contact for the sales team in terms of knowledge sharing and people assessment and development.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver and focus on sales and margin of the Salesforce team
- Identify and follow through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending
- Provide expertise on how to embed, integrate and prioritize channel knowledge for B2B team learning and development throughout the region
- Develop and implement strategy for People and Capability to fulfill existing and long-term capability requirements aligned to B2B business objectives and design roadmap and competency to uplift the capability requirements
- Justify that the communication is delivered accurately to the right stakeholders, at the right time
- Lead & design reports / presentations / communication pack to support project initiatives, planning trials and roll‑out with the right level of information, relevancy and at the right time
Process, Training & Capability
Provide Train the Trainer sessions in all regions to equip all salesmen with B2B knowledge including assessmentBuild up process, procedures, system, learning and tools are fully utilizedOperational Support
