Exciting times are ahead at Beckers Dynamics program, as additional sites are going live with the ERP program, Achieving a Global ERP solution is becoming more important and increasingly critical to the business. Dynamics 365 ERP is a solution where the company can move into a more comprehensive method of linking all business processes into one system and being able to have streamlined data so that it can be shared among the organization and across sites.
Beckers now has a Global Rollout Team which rollouts the solution across the 3 different regions of the company (AME – Asia and Middle East, Europe & South Africa and the Americas). The team will also continuously develop it over the years to come. The organization is led by the Global Rollout Manager and is comprised of Global Project Leaders and Subject Matter Experts per workstream.
D365 Finance SME will ensure that Project Implementation will follow Global Finance Rules and support Migration and alignment of localizations to translate to Beckers ERP Finance Module. This role will be focused on implementing in the Asia and Middle East Region, with China currently in ongoing implementation.
The position may be based in China or Malaysia , in line with the current rollout focus.
Main responsibilities :
- Expertise in Finance business processes
- ERP implementation project experience, focus on Finance
- Strong experience bridging the gap between business and technical team, interfacing with business stakeholders and development teams
- Define Finance requirements on scope for the global template solution of the solution
- Be responsible for establishing, verifying and approval of the ERP template solution, focus on Finance
- Align solutions with experts from local organization
- Conduct workshops / cross-functional pilots with local super users
- Define the local requirements on scope for the solution, focus on Finance but not limited to
- Establishing, verify and implement the solution in each country, focus on Finance on D365 Finance module and digital solutions
- Train the Finance super users and support the end user training
- Be the main reference (3rd line support) for functional consultant in Servicedesk with tickets concerning Finance module
- Be responsible for resolving issues / process questions on global solution
- Refer to the Finance GPO (Global Process Owner) in case of specific requests from a country
Qualifications
Experience of working within projects, especially in international environment is beneficialExpertise in Finance business processesStrong experience bridging the gap between business and technical team, interfacing with business stakeholders and development teamsExperience in working with Finance in China is a plus (e.g Golden Tax Implementation localization)D365 / AX Experience is a plus, but relevant similar ERP system is minimum requirementAdditional Information
