Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a KL-based Graphic Designer to join our global creative team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for delivering fresh and innovative designs that support our online and offline platforms, as well as branding and marketing campaigns. This offshore position requires the hire to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand objectives, and requires frequent online collaboration with cross-functional teams based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Creative Design and Branding

Produce impactful and conceptual graphic designs for branding, campaigns, and product marketing, tailored for both online and offline platforms.
Manage creative projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Formulate creative concepts to support and enhance marketing campaigns.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate closely with the UI / UX, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Marketing teams to understand brand, platform, and business objectives.

Provide design solutions and support to ensure that visual assets align with business goals and user experience needs.

Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and feedback sessions to ensure consistency in creative direction.

Project Management and Execution

Ensure timely delivery of design materials across multiple platforms, adhering to project timelines and brand guidelines.

Maintain organised documentation and files for design projects to facilitate revisions and updates.

Stay updated on current design trends and propose improvements to elevate the brand’s visual presence.

Requirements

Prior experience in a design agency or design studio would be an advantage.

Experience in executing branding strategies and adhering to brand guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Well-rounded skills in logo design, layouts, and typography.

Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Ability to effectively communicate ideas and translate concepts into reality through strong technical proficiency and professionalism.
