About the Role

As a Recruiter / Sr Recruiter, you will be the bridge between hiring managers and candidates , ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment delivery. This role offers the chance to work with one of KellyOCG’s largest APAC clients, using cutting-edge sourcing strategies and technology while delivering a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on job launch calls, market insights, and profile shortlists
  • Handle volume recruitment efficiently while ensuring quality
  • Keep stakeholders (hiring managers, HR, candidates) well-informed throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate ATS / reporting and meet defined KPIs
  • Share market intelligence and data insights to support hiring decisions

    • Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of strong recruitment experience (in-house or RPO)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume hiring
  • Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills
