Staff Nurse

Job Scope :

• Providing care

Provide one-on-one care and support to clients with disabilities or special needs, following individualized care plans and instructions from primary caregivers.

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Check client vital signs :

BP / Pulse / Respiration / temperature / SPO₂

signs of distress or changes in condition, and report any concerns to primary caregivers or healthcare professionals

Administering medication

Administer medications as directed by primary caregivers or healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely records

Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, including proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies

Overseeing the equipment and supplies used in the home

Working with other healthcare staff or primary team when required

Providing education to parents and caregivers

Checking for infection and assessing the progress of healing for wounds

Advocating for improvement in health care and services

Salary :

RM3000 - RM4000 Salary Negotiable + RM 500 allowance after confirmation
