About The Role
Support Procurement Support Operations for Ariba Sourcing to Pay processes; covers all modules in Ariba including Contract Life-cycle Management, Sourcing, Catalog Enablement, Vendor Master Data Maintenance and Supplier Enablement.
Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Review and approve CLM creation and updates in ARIBA.
Ensure sourcing process compliance prior to contract signing with accurate documentation in place.Support CLM Contract Workspace creation & amendment, whenever needed.Support general enquiries on CLM.Vendor Master Data Maintenance (VMDM)Review and confirm the vendor creation and changes in SAP ARIBA.
Ensure all requirements are met per business unit requirements.Maintain the vendor master data in SAP, whenever necessary.Support VMDM enquiries, and liaise with SAP FICO team as needed.Catalog EnablementReview and approve catalogs in ARIBA for use in ARIBA P2P.
Ensure all supporting documents are in place before catalog approval.Ensure compliance with sourcing processes.Maintain catalog approver rules file in ARIBA and keep it updated.Upload catalogs in ARIBA for P2P use and perform maintenance as needed.Support catalog – P2P related enquiries.Supplier EnablementSupport supplier enablement activities on Ariba Network including supplier communications and data setup; work closely with Ariba supplier enablement team.
Communicate internally with supplier relationship owners and externally with suppliers on the enablement process.Ariba SourcingEnsure vendors are ready for Ariba Sourcing events and train vendors on how to use ARIBA Sourcing.
Support sourcing events until completion.Report & Data AnalyticsGenerate and customize reports for the use of business units.
Prepare report dashboards for business units and customize according to their requirements (Tableau).Support report-related enquiries.OthersSupport junior team members in understanding operations by the Service Areas.
Assist Team Leader / Manager in daily operations as needed (ticket handling, urgent requests, etc.).Ensure SNOW tickets are updated in a timely manner to maintain accurate TAT.Keep training materials up to date for team usage.Involvement in project UAT and supporting group / business unit initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any relevant discipline.Experience : 3-4 years in procurement-related fields; shared services environment is preferred.Practical Skills / Abilities :Good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills.
Proficient in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.Clear and concise written communication; ability to meet tight deadlines.Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.Fast learner with flexibility for role expansion.Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Professional integrity, maturity, interpersonal skills and proactive approach.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
