The candidate for this position will be responsible to strengthen in house quality assurance and lead countermeasures for market outflow issues, focusing on reoccurrence prevention. Besides to support shop management in planning and enforcing internal regulations aligned with ISO 9001, QMS, COP & Toyota Global QMS policies.

Responsibilities

• To lead office quality support group to respond to in-process abnormalities, provide rapid countermeasures and support line recovery;
• To conduct process audits, COP audits, and QMS checks to ensure compliance;
• To analyze defects, implement corrective and preventive actions, and validate effectiveness;
• To collaborate with Production and Engineering to design quality-focused processes, ensuring new model / change point readiness.
• To conduct ISO9001 QMS and COP audits;
• To collaborate with Engineering, Production and Maintenance on process improvements for quality and productivity
• To provide training to GLs and TMs on quality assurance methods
