Overview :

This role is instrumental in supporting the company's mission to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance technology products

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
  • Build and optimize backend services and APIs utilizing Python, incorporating best practices for security and performance.
  • Develop, test, and manage complex SQL queries and relational database systems to support data-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, product managers, and QA engineers—to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Integrate new features and enhancements into existing platforms, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in solution delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and the adoption of DevOps and cloud-native best practices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Python developer, with a deep understanding of the Python programming language.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and database management, with hands-on experience working with relational databases.
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure services (including Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage).
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend systems, preferably using web frameworks such as Flask or Django.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
