Mandarin Speaking Contact Centre

This will be for inbound call center with a leading bank for services for different regions especially for US and Singapore market to handle inbound calls regarding services and complaints.

Requirements :

• Proficient in speaking English & Mandarin and / or Cantonese
• Open to fresh graduate or experienced candidates.
• Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers from Australia, US etc
• Able to work on a rotational shift, weekend and public holidays if assigned to work on that day
• 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM3, RM4,700.00 per month
