Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily business operations across customer service, order fulfillment, logistics, and marketplace management.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review.

Customer Service & Team Leadership

  • Lead the CS team to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize customer service procedures and train team members.
  • Handle escalations and implement feedback loops for service improvements.
  • Website & Platform Management

  • Manage independent store operations (Shopify), including page updates, product maintenance, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to enhance user experience and platform stability.
  • Support integration with partner marketplaces and platforms.
  • Order & Fulfillment Management

  • Supervise order processing, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution with logistics partners.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and error-free fulfillment.
  • Optimize shipping and supply chain processes for cost efficiency.
  • Marketing & Social Media Operations

  • Plan and execute overseas social media strategies (Instagram, Twitter, Discord, TikTok).
  • Manage content calendars, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies for growth.
  • Work with marketing team to launch global campaigns.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication

  • Communicate effectively with global customers, partners, and internal teams in English.
  • Independently produce English content, including reports, customer communications, and product descriptions.
  • Bridge communication between Korean / Chinese partners and international stakeholders.
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service management, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, global logistics, and cross-border e-commerce practices.
  • Familiarity with international social media platforms and content trends.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-functional projects.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overseas study or work experience in an international company is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Korean or Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Role Information

  • Location : Remote
  • Schedule : Monday–Saturday, flexible hours (partial overlap required)
  • Compensation : Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : From RM10,000.00 per month
