Responsibilities

Perform as the product operations role; manage the operation of labeling projects that deliver training / testing data for machine learning models, with the ultimate goal of optimizing users' search results.
Work as the project owner, undertake various tasks during the project lifecycle, including but not limited to request undertake, project plan design, design quality and performance standards, and assessing risks to proactively minimize the risk to ensure the project targets can be achieved.
Work closely with the global data service team on the project implementation, resource management, quality assurance and any optimization initiatives.
Conduct ROI analysis and regular review based on the model performance of machine learning models, as well as driving optimizations on quality improvement, efficiency improvement and cost saving to achieve a higher project ROI.
Foresee possible risks, prepare necessary risk management procedures and react to unexpected issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above is required.

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Product operation, Project Management.

Fluent in English is required as the role requires communication with English markets & stakeholders.

General knowledge about Search Engineering / Search engines / Search related strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Quality management experience; experience collaborating with labeling vendors is preferred.

Solid understanding of quality, efficiency, and cost management principles.

Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Solid communication and presentation skills and work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Analytical skills with a proven ability to utilize data for decision‑making and driving improvements.

Thorough understanding of search engines and familiarity with TikTok or similar social media platforms.

Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day‑to‑day challenges of the role.
