Leasing Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
End-to-End Leasing Process : Handle the full leasing cycle, including tenant prospecting, property tours, lease negotiations, and contract finalization.
Market Development : Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, multinational companies, and potential tenants to attract high-quality businesses.
Broker & Agency Network Expansion : Establish and strengthen partnerships with real estate agencies and property consultants to expand leasing channels.
Market Analysis & Reporting : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for pricing strategies and leasing campaigns.
Stakeholder Management : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure smooth leasing operations and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, ideally in 5A Grade A or super Grade A office buildings.
Strong leasing experience in premium office properties, handling multinational or corporate tenants.
Existing broker and agency networks with a track record of successful leasing deals is highly preferred.
Experience in end-to-end leasing transactions, from lead generation to deal closing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (Malay proficiency is a plus).
Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
