Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
- Ensure accurate order taking and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Food & Beverage Handling
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and proper handling at all times.
- Replenish stock and supplies when necessary.
- Outlet Operations
- Assist in cashiering duties (operating POS system, handling cash / transactions).
- Support smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, dining area, and workstations.
- Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and surfaces.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep outlet organized.
- Teamwork & Compliance
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.Experience in F&B / service industry is an advantage (training will be provided).Pleasant personality with good communication skills.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Team player, proactive, and willing to learn.Core Skills & Qualities
Customer-oriented and friendly attitude.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Basic math and communication skills.Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.Job Type : Full-time
