Flight Operations & Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Handle manual fulfillment tasks during the ticketing and service process for low-cost carriers (LCCs).
  • Support global customers by resolving order-related issues that require human intervention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fulfillment workflows and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and issues to support continuous improvements in automation and AI capabilities.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in airline ticket fulfillment or related travel industry roles is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI applications in service workflows.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) to support international customers.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, travel management, or related field.
