PLM Configuration Controller

As a PLM Configuration Controller, you will play a key role in supporting Cochlear\'s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You\'ll work closely with global teams to make sure product data is accurate, processes run smoothly, and changes are implemented correctly. This role ensures that our products meet both regulatory and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• PLM System & User Support

Act as the first point of contact for PLM system users, resolving issues and providing expert guidance.

Define, collect, and track PLM system metrics.

Regularly audit PLM data to spot issues such as duplicates, missing documents, or incomplete records.

Support the implementation of product changes and promotions from proposal to completion.

Help resolve service requests related to PLM through the Cochlear Service Portal.
