Sales Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Assistant to join our growing team at Ichia Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in our Kulim Hi-Tech Park Kedah office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible to check customer FCST and upload into Ichia internal system for raw materials, capacity planning
• Learn the Tesla system for uploading capacity, shipment, labeling, and logistic information to ensure on-time shipments
• Tesla EDI FCST analysis for changes and necessary actions internally
• PO key in and billing PO
• Communicate internally with different functional teams and with China Suzhou factory
• Collect customer feedback on products or services to help improve quality
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, R&D) to relay customer needs internally
• Customer complaints management
