Overview

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & Subang, Selangor. The Administrative Officer will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks, including general administration and providing administrative assistance, while delivering customer service. Key duties include acting as Liaison Officer with government agencies, managing communications, organizing office operations, and ensuring efficient administrative support.

Qualifications

  • General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
