- Conduct market research on the logistics automation sector in Malaysia.
- Identify promising markets and business segments.
- Generate and identify potential sales leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads based on the company’s criteria.
- Provide support to the sales team in pursuing qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Plan and implement marketing initiatives such as exhibitions.
Requirements
Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Prior experience in logistics automation is an advantage, but not mandatory.Background in racking, pallet supply, 3PL, or shipping industries is a plus, though not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills to develop solid relationships with clients and partners.Self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented, and team-focused, with proven leadership abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Well-organized, systematic, and experienced in a process-driven project sales environment.Capable of working independently and managing pressure and tight deadlines effectively.Open to domestic and international travel on short notice.Strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial but not required.Benefits

Degree / Diploma holder in Engineering or Business Studies; Minimum 7 years of working experience in project sales involving mechanical & electrical industrial plant / equipment; Experience in logistic automation is an added advantage but it’s not essential; Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office (in particular Words, Excel and Power Point); Able to build strong relationship with customers and business partners with sound interpersonal skills; Motivated, proactive, customer and team focused with strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral; Organized, methodical and familiar with a process-oriented approach in project sales; Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule; Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice; Good command in written and spoken English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not essential.
