Senior Media and Performance Executive, Nespresso MY

Job descriptionDefine performance-based plan considering global guidelines, local needs, competitive environment, and budget. Manage day-to-day online acquisition tactics according to plan, including OneSearch (SEM and SEO), Programmatic (Display, Video and Retargeting), Social Media and Affiliate Marketing. Coordinate with eCommerce team to ensure seamless user experience from call-to-action (CTA) to landing pages and optimized conversion rate. Coordinate and facilitate alignment with online key accounts to further optimize ePath-2-Purchase. Execute performance based digital campaign plan taking into account global campaign guidelines, local marketing campaign design and local market opportunities. Close alignment of communication campaign creatives & budgets to be setup for optimal performance. Manage creative and media agencies to ensure proper and on-time delivery of qualitative online material (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns. Manage localization and production of all Nespresso digital performance content in close collaboration with Marketing Coordinate with CRM team to define audience segments and selection lists to target (or exclude) Club Members and prospects. Incorporate high-performing KOL assets into paid campaigns where relevant, to extend reach and engagement. Regularly track and optimize campaigns, based on results to reach performance objectives. Produce timely performance reports highlighting key metrics and insights. Drive data driven marketing and strategic investment allocations. Benchmark local performances with international best practice and local competitive environment. Track emerging media trends and new acquisition tactics, including those used in content partnerships and branded editorial. Oversee local coordination and management of product feed, tagging, tracking, and serve as the local lead for AdTech initiatives. Education : University Degree level or graduate caliber. Professional experience : Overall 5 years of experience both at agency level and on the brand side 2-3 years’ experience in digital acquisition activities driving audience on websites (OneSearch - SEM and SEO, Programmatic - Display, Video and Retargeting, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing). Google Marketing Platforms, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager 3+ years of experience are required. Agency and Partner management experience is required. Google Analytics 4 and PowerBI experiences would be tremendous advantage. MarTech and AdTech understanding.

We are looking for a Senior Media & Performance Executive to improve Brand KPI's by designing and monitoring successful media plans, drive targeted audiences to Nespresso sales channels to increase retention and to acquire new Club members in a cost-efficient way. He / She will develop, implement, monitor, and manage all online acquisition channels daily (Managing) and gather insights continuously and build reports to give stakeholders a clear view on the media channel performance and ROI's. This person would also own the path to purchase to drive awareness, consideration, and intent to buy and maximize brand awareness and campaign visibility in the online domain (Brand).
A day in the life...
- Translate campaign planning, channel initiatives and business objectives into clear media and particularly online acquisition strategy
- Maintain clear visibility on Marketing, CRM and promotional calendars to ensure media alignment.
- Align with eCommerce roadmap (channel activities, release planning and priorities).
- Understand business and channel objectives / KPIs to inform planning.
- Support PR and KOL briefing processes, ensuring influencer content and media publisher partnerships are integrated strategically into media plans.
Increase quality traffic and audience on Nespresso digital touch points :
Implement digital campaign plan to drive awareness and audience to Nespresso touch points
Monitor, optimize and report local digital acquisition and performance activities
