Head of Priority Banking (Central Region)
As the Head of Priority Banking for Central Region, you will set and execute the regional strategy to drive High Net Worth customer acquisition and rapid portfolio growth. Your key responsibility is to establish a high-performance sales culture by coaching managers and ensuring the team delivers superior wealth solutions. You will also personally engage top clients and enforce strict regulatory and audit compliance across all business activities. This role reports to the Segment Head of Priority Banking.

Functional Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional Priority Banking strategies to grow the high net worth customer base through acquisition, upgrades, and referrals in line with Retail Wealth Management goals.
- Engage top-tier customers proactively and identify product / process improvements to enhance wealth solutions and productivity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with business segments and sales channels to capture high net worth referrals and business opportunities while achieving revenue targets.
Managerial Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Priority Banking team by inspiring a strong performance culture, implementing rigorous sales management disciplines, and providing systematic coaching to team leaders and Relationship Managers to ensure positive results and rapid growth of the PB portfolio.Cultivate a high-performance Priority Banking team by inspiring a strong results‑driven culture, enforcing rigorous sales management disciplines, and providing systematic coaching to managers and Relationship Managers to secure rapid portfolio growth.Establish a results‑driven Priority Banking team by inspiring high performance, enforcing rigorous sales management disciplines, and administering systematic coaching to managers and Relationship Managers to secure rapid portfolio expansion.Organizational Responsibilities
Uphold rigorous compliance and governance standards, ensuring all regulatory guidelines (AML, SC, FNSL) and internal bank policies are tightly enforced and maintaining audit readiness for the Priority Banking business.Promote a robust culture of teamwork across the bank, actively enhancing working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Banking / Investment / Finance or a related field from any recognized university.Possess relevant certification and licenses in Investment, Treasury and Bancassurance.15 years and above relevant banking and wealth management experience.5 years and above relevant experience in managing the High Net Worth banking and wealth management sales.Proven track record of accomplishment in the management of the High Net Worth segment.We appreciate your application and will be in touch with shortlisted candidates regarding next steps.
