About the location :

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six-floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

Chef de Partie - Bakery

The Chef de Partie - Bakery prepares bread / bakery items according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities :

Prepare bread / bakery items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards.
Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not prepare beyond estimated needs.
Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment.
Date all food containers and rotate as per policies.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Qualifications :

Good knowledge in bakery.

Ability to lift up to 60lbs.

Certificate in related discipline.

Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs.

Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
