The RTR Manager will lead the RTR team within a Shared Service Centre, overseeing core accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is critical to upholding the financial integrity of operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Description

• Oversee the end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize accounting processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and insights for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to inquiries promptly.
