Responsibilities
- Source for prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and any other partner-in-sales.
- Collaborate with branches to improve referrals and cross-sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to responsible selling guidelines and structure proposed solutions that meet client’s financial needs.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of end-to-end application process and submission of sales / pipeline management reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
- Keep abreast of updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure self-compliance with Alliance Bank’s policies and procedures, Sales Compliance, KYC, AMLA guidelines, 3rd party confidentiality, including credit control procedures, audit compliance and BNM guidelines.Project a professional business image at all times through high standards of housekeeping and personal grooming.Seniority level
