Responsibilities
Ensure the overall HALAL requirement is understood, implemented and maintained, reporting and recommending to management of continual improvement of such programs.
Make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality, safety standards and complies with HALAL and Food Safety Standard requirement.
Support and consult other departments in problem analysis and corrective action.
Liaison with external certification body, auditors on all quality / manufacturing audits and summary findings.
Quality related performance of the company's product to meet customer requirement. Maintain and review Quality Management system to meet Food Safety standard and requirement.
Ensure all open issues such as hazard, policies, objectives / targets, audit results, feedback / complaints are resolved within the given time frame.
Responsible for Food Safety system documentation and implementation (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL).
Perform any other duties as assigned.
