Job description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess  at least SPM certificate / relevant certificates  will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge in Food & Beverages field related is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • No health issues or critical illness
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work on shifts (Restaurant Operation hours) / weekends and public holidays.
  • Open for Malaysian citizen only

Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverages such as milkshakes and mocktails ( carbonated drinks)
  • Responsible to take food orders from customers.
  • Responsible to ensure working and dining area is clean.
  • Responsible to ensure all customer order is served.
  • Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
  • Inform customers about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
  • Communicate to the customers and provide assistance with their queries.
  • Deliver good customer service to all customers.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Create and maintain positive, safe and health work environment.
