Brand Manager

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Brand Manager located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve business objectives. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, managing brand campaigns, collaborating with marketing, creative, and sales teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The Brand Manager will also monitor market performance and make strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Branding, Brand Strategy, and Brand Development
• Experience with Market Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Project Management and Cross‑functional Team Collaboration
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience with Marketing Analytics and Budget Management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the consumer goods, retail, or related industry is a plus
