Responsibilities
- Manage and strategize organic search traffic and keyword ranking campaigns on Google.
- Monitor and analyse SEO trends to provide actionable insights.
- Review and audit client websites, including competitive analysis, keyword research, ranking tracking, and web monitoring.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, optimisations, backlinking, and improvements for client campaigns.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other SEO factors to boost keyword rankings and traffic.
- Take full ownership of assigned campaigns to deliver KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen client support and overall marketing performance.
- Provide regular updates, alerts, and reports on campaign performance.
- Stay current with digital marketing landscape changes and share learnings within the organisation.
- Plan and execute SEO campaigns : backend setup, on-site and off-site optimisations, and performance measurement.
- Conduct market research, competitor case studies, and apply creative marketing techniques.
- Keep updated on SEO news, Google algorithm updates, and implement tested strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms :Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking, and other SEO tools.Analytical, performance-driven, meticulous with data; strong research and communication skills.Good organisational and time management skills.Adaptable, teachable, problem solver, able to handle multiple priorities.Inquisitive self-starter with ability to self-manage and work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively in a team.Working knowledge of SEO algorithms and best practices, or solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.Ability to create and edit relevant, engaging, and effective content for :Websites, services / programmes pages, meta descriptions, blog articles, etc.Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (Excel Sheets, Word Documents, PowerPoint).Preferred qualifications / skills :Google Analytics certification.Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms (e.g., WIX, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Umbraco, Joomla).Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON-LD, or CSS.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing industry.Other
