Job description

Important : Willing to work at Pokok Sena, Kedah in Manufacturing Environment.

Translation & Communication

Act as a liaison between China expatriate staff and local employees.
Provide real-time translation during meetings, production walkthroughs, and technical discussions.
Ensure clear and accurate communication across language barriers.

Workflow Monitoring & Documentation

Record daily production activities, process changes, and operational updates.

Maintain accurate logs of production schedules, material usage, and output.

Assist in preparing reports, SOPs, and other documentation as required.

Expatriate Support

Coordinate logistics and administrative support for China expatriate staff.

Assist with onboarding, local orientation, and cultural integration.

Help resolve operational or communication issues that may arise.

Production Coordination

Monitor production timelines and ensure tasks are executed as planned.

Collaborate with SMT Manager, Supervisors and technicians to track progress and troubleshoot delays.

Support quality control and compliance efforts as directed.
