Overview

SENIOR VIDEOGRAPHER at PEOPLElogy Berhad – The Senior Videographer leads the planning, production, and continuous improvement of high-quality video content across current product / solutions and future digital products. This role requires strong creative direction, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver engaging videos optimized for learning, marketing, and digital platforms. The Senior Videographer will also play a key role in integrating video content into eLearning environments, driving innovation through AI video tools, and scaling the Interactive Team.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end video production process, including planning, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production.

Work with creative and product teams to develop concepts and compelling storytelling approaches.

Explore and apply AI-driven video generation solutions to enhance scalability and innovation.

Produce short-form video content for social media platforms to support brand visibility and learner engagement.

Manage client feedback and revisions, ensuring final outputs meet client expectations and project requirements.

Collaborate with external stakeholders and LMS teams to integrate videos into gamified learning experiences.

Manage SCORM conversion, settings, and troubleshooting for video-based eLearning modules.

Support the embedding of interactive elements such as quizzes and knowledge checks within videos for LMS delivery.

Lead, mentor, and coach the Interactive Team to build scalable video production capabilities.

Foster collaboration with motion designers, content managers, and product teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Art Design Creative Multimedia or equivalent, Cinematography / Photography / Videography / Visual Arts or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video editing & motion design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of video work (promotional videos, social media content, etc.).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.

Experience in LMS integration, including SCORM conversion and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of eLearning interactivity such as quizzes and gamification features is an advantage.

Familiarity with AI video generation tools and emerging video technologies.

Ability to keep up with the latest trends in video marketing and motion design.
