- Promote and market share investment accounts and services to potential and existing customers
- Strive to achieve individual and team targets
- Assist clients in monitoring and executing stock market transactions
- Provide guidance and support customers on share investment matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage administrative documentation for share investment accounts
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and channel sales leads to the relevant stakeholders in the bank
