What you’ll be doing
- Assist in ordering material and issuing purchase orders
- Check and record data for material consumption, tools, and machinery for all projects
- Issue delivery orders and invoices for material purchases
- Alert, check stock levels, and report to superiors when office tools are insufficient
- Arrange hard‑copy documents for filing purposes
- Assist superiors with accounting and purchasing tasks and follow instructions as given
What we’re looking for
Minimum SPM or equivalentPreferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an account / purchaser in the construction industry (fresh graduates are welcome)Must possess a valid driving licence for occasional travelExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressureProactive and able to work independently with minimal supervisionGood command of English, Malay, and Mandarin; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantageWhat we offer
