Requirements
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Preferably younger audience between fresh graduate to mid age, women would be preferable as IT's a 100% beauty industry focus, with mostly female audience and customers.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Shoppe, Canva, Cap Cut, WhatsApp Business
- Creative, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Bonus : Prior experience in beauty, retail, or content creation
Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
Handle appointment bookings via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and phoneMaintain customer records and update client databasesMonitor inventory and assist with stock orderingPrepare invoices, simple sales reports, and track expensesEnsure a clean and organized reception / front desk areaSupport team coordination and manage daily operationsMarketing Tasks
Create and schedule content for social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook)Capture and edit behind-the-scenes videos, client transformations, etc.Monitor analytics and track engagement / performanceBrainstorm promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and collaborationsEngage with followers, respond to comments / messages promptlyUpdate service menus and promote special packages or launchesBenefits
