Responsible for developing and expanding the export business in South Asia (Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, Bangladesh, and nearby markets).
The role focuses on dealer management, market development, and new business acquisition to drive sales growth and brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners across assigned markets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential dealers to expand business.
- Support dealers in achieving sales targets through product training, market insights, and business planning.
- Implement regional sales and marketing activities in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand consistency and provide on-site technical or commercial support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export sales, channel / dealer management, or business development.Solid understanding of South Asia markets and distribution networks.Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently with frequent travel (60–70%).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.Seniority Level
