Job Summary

Job description : Internship in HR / Admin / Finance

Responsibilities

• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (e.g., number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Assist with duties surrounding project management
• Facilitate project meetings and assist with procurement activities
• Assist in preparing project documents such as Letter of Offer or tenancy agreement renewal letters
• Bookkeeping for interns in accounts, handle payables and receivables
• Make payment vouchers and receipts; filing and related tasks

Internship Areas

INTERNSHIP IN PRODUCTION AND OPERATION : Production activities (hands-on experience with day-to-day production processes, monitoring equipment, quality control, and efficiency); Halal and MeSTI Compliance (learning standards, audits, inspections, and compliance); Halal and MeSTI Community Involvement (workshops, seminars, and collaboration with industry experts); SOP Development and Updates (drafting, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures); Operational Support (supporting the production team to maintain efficiency, productivity, and quality).

INTERNSHIP IN MARKETING & SALES : Content creation for TikTok (brainstorming, shooting, and editing engaging content); TikTok Live Sessions (planning and hosting live sessions); Database Maintenance & Customer Engagement (managing customer data on platforms like WhatsApp); CRM Data Maintenance (upkeeping the company’s CRM system).

These responsibilities provide interns with exposure to both creative and analytical aspects of sales and marketing.
