Overview
The Manager of Performance Management and Incentive is responsible for supporting and fulfilling the Regional Wealth Management's (RWM) monthly incentives calculation, KRA and performance analysis across Wealth segments : Private Banking, Priority Banking, Personal Banking and submit the payroll to HR for process. This role reports to the Manager of RWM Strategy & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for monthly incentive calculation and payout for Regional Wealth Management (RWM), including cross-sell / referral from other divisions. This includes managing appeal cases, claw-back, payment of deferment, investigation, GL journal posting etc for tactical and non-tactical incentive. Ensure incentive payout processed timely and accurately. Prepare provision of incentive deferment for accrual accounting entries.
- Prepare KRA, tracker, dashboard or reporting and explain the major cost variance against budget. Analyze RWM sales channel productivity and entails evaluating business schemes and performance for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for process flow simplification and automation. Collaboration with the business stakeholder, external vendor and IT to streamline incentive process to be more adaptive and efficient in delivering desired results.
- Accountable for the maintenance of the Sales Force Management (SFM) system for RWM products, incentive schemes and ensure accuracy of SFM data source, update parameter and manual data posting for incentive calculation. Regularly involved in system update / enhancement with system support team and vendor to ensure system functionality in order.
- SFM automation to reduce manual intervention - Assess system feasibility and develop system solutions for RWM incentive schemes in collaboration with PFS Incentive team, and provide recommendation based on data analysis, stakeholder requirements that is in line with organisation sales and productivity strategic direction into system automation and digitalisation.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements, where incentive details, supporting documents, management approval and SOP are documented and updated at all times for review and audit trail with involvement in RCSA.

Education / Qualification :
A bachelor's degree in Statistic, Business, Finance or Strategy Management.Experience / Requirements :
5 years and above of experience preferably in financial institution or MNC.Background in Finance, Banking, Strategy, Project Management or relevant ICT experienceExperience in managing sales incentive, target setting, sales result oriented and human resource management.Knowledge in programming, business process, database or system logicSpecial Skills :
