Job descriptionRespond professionally to live chat inquiries and address customer questions in a timely and courteous manner. Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and operations to effectively resolve customer issues and deliver excellent service. Handle complaints empathetically and efficiently, providing appropriate solutions within set timeframes and following up to ensure complete resolution. Assist with ad hoc customer service tasks and administrative duties as required. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, professional support. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or virtual setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and disciplined. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with effective problem-solving abilities. Reliable internet connection as this is a work-from-home role. Flexibility to work 24 / 7 rotating shifts, including midnight shift, weekends and public holidays. You would be working 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break), with 2 days off per week. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
This job is a full-time remote position where you'll chat with Mandarin-speaking customers to help them with their inquiries. You might like this job because it offers great benefits and opportunities for career growth while working from home!
