Requirements

Must be able to work beyond regular working

hours if required.

  • Good initiative, hardworking, committed,

and able to multitask

Knowledge of the flight reservation system

is an advantage.

  • Minimum diploma in tourism & Hospitality
  • management.

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
  • working in travel agencies

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Must have knowledge of SABRE and at least
  • 3 Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with

    AMADEUS and GALILEO considered an

    advantage.

    Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate companies, and support members to leverage new package coverage.
  • Handle incoming calls and outgoing mail. Take and connect telephone call inquiries and queries for the relevant departmental personnel, making sure to project a friendly, professional, and efficient image.

  • Deliver enthusiastic, positive, helpful, and respectful client communication.
  • Exhibits strong attention to details, personal organization, and time management.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Provide regular reports on travel trends, client feedback, and financial performance.

  • Discuss prices and other terms with other travel service providers, including hotels, car rental agencies, and airlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers of travel services.
  • Generate bills and handle payments.
  • Confirm adherence to company travel guidelines and procedures.
