Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, understanding their goals and financial needs.
Acquire new business relationships and cross-sell banking products such as loans, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit proposals with sound structuring and risk assessment.
Monitor portfolio performance, loan utilization, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, digital-first banking experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in SME / Business Banking , with proven client acquisition and credit evaluation experience.
Solid understanding of financial statements, credit risk, and lending structures.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
