Job Description

As a Data Product Manager, you will own and develop data products, driving data strategy, governance, and insights that empower decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to build scalable data solutions that enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, analysts, and engineers, to translate data needs into actionable product features.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth, customer insights, and operational efficiencies.
• Work with UX / UI teams to ensure data products are user-friendly and drive adoption across teams.
• Ensure data products adhere to privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and internal governance policies.
• Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
